Description
Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) is now conducting a tender exercise for a new Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning, Gas and Electrical (HVACGE) framework. The framework will consist of a single lot where the suppliers that are added to it (with an estimated max number of 5) will be expected to provide all the required services (Heating, ventilation etc.) either themselves or via their supply chain / sub-contractors. The works will cover the entire TfGM estate so will include offices, bus stations and interchanges, a rail station and a number of bus depots. The successful suppliers will be required to provide a range of services to maintain the Authority's Pre-Planned maintenance services along with the Reactive maintenance services for all the HVACME requirements detailed within the Specification of Requirement that will be released with the full tender. As part of the framework, the supplier that scores the highest in the evaluation (based on the weighted quality questions and pricing) will be able to be directly allocated any works that are estimated below £50k in value.
