Milton Parish Council - Tender for Grounds Maintenance contract. 1st August 2024 to 31st March 2027 Invitation to Tender The Parish Council is responsible for the upkeep of the village and its facilities. This is in conjunction with Milton Community Centre who are responsible for the maintenance of the sports and recreation sites across the village. The Parish Council is inviting tenders in relation to the ground works requirements throughout the village which includes: • General village ground works. • Open space grass cutting and verges. • Hedge and shrub maintenance. • Weed control. • Milton Cemetery. • Sports field maintenance. • Recreation grounds. The contract is suitable for SME's with previous village maintenance experience. Prospective Contractors should ensure that they are completely familiar with the nature and extent of the obligations to be accepted by them if their tender is accepted.
