Description

The Council wishes to invite tenders for the supply of works in respect of repairs to the Market Hall pitched roof coverings and gutter linings, to repair current water entry issues. Works will include site enabling works, roof defect investigation, Photovoltaic (PV) panel investigation, removal and later replacement, roof covering and gutter lining cleaning / repairs and localised roof covering replacement at Market Hall, St Marys Place, Market Harborough, LE16 7DR The work priorities of this contract are: • Site setup, provision of welfare, safety equipment, safe working access and H&S arrangements. • Photovoltaic (PV) panel investigation / testing, temporary removal and later reinstatement. • Pitched roof covering investigation and cleaning. • Pitched roof covering replacements to isolated areas, including slates, ridge tiles, battens and roof underlay membrane.
