Tandridge District Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced contractor for the demolition of 19 existing garages and 12 apartments and the design and construction of 12 new Net Zero Carbon Dwellings and associated works at 106 - 128 Wolf's Wood, Hurst Green, Oxted, Surrey, RH8 0HJ. You are invited to respond to this Invitation to Tender as a shortlisted supplier. The specifications and contractual requirements are detailed within the attached schedules and appendices.
