Tackling Antisemitism in Education Innovation Fund - Market Engagement Event

Description

The Department for Education intends to publish a new opportunity in summer 2025, for the delivery of grants under the Tackling Antisemitism in Education Innovation Fund. The Innovation Fund, with a total value of £4 million, will comprise of a range of grants that will facilitate small-scale initiatives and larger, strategic projects. Antisemitism has risen to historic levels following the attacks of 7th October 2023 in Israel and the Department are taking proactive steps to tackle it across educational settings. Funded projects will support education about antisemitism, including the relationship between mis and disinformation online and the spread of antisemitism, and will provide young people with the skills and confidence to identify and tackle it. Following the initial market engagement event held on 12th February 2025 and the valuable feedback provided, three thematic priorities have been identified.
