This work package is to provide management, subject matter knowledge, expertise and coordination of innovation development for the following initiative: - Spatial Data Platform - product owner for the AVIS replacement system - this includes management of - System design, development, user engagement, testing, training and into business adoption. Liaison with all stakeholders, contribute to and lead digital demand process. Review and approve design developments by supply chain partners. Taking this approach drives consistency of management processes, efficiency through a single overhead, coordination from a single point with the key and common stakeholders for each digital solution. Providing subject matter knowledge and independent guidance and support to National Highways to check and challenge the approach to deliver and also ensuring that the work undertaken maintains a trajectory that achieves the outcomes and benefits as required by the Business case.
