Description
This contract notice is being issued in respect of issued as part of a Light Touch Regime (“LTR”) tender process for the provision of Surrey Children’s Community Health services (the “CCH Services”). The contract will be for an initial period of 6 years with optional further extension provisions for an additional 2 years (8 years total). This is an invitation to tender. This procurement is governed by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) and the Procurement Patient Choice and Competition Regulations 2013 (PPCCR 2013). The Services required fall under Schedule 3 of PCR 2015. As a result, this procurement is undertaken under the LTR as detailed in Regulations 74 to 76 of the PCR 2015. The Contracting Authorities are using a procedure that is open to all interested Bidders with elements of Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN). While the Contracting Authorities have elected for this procurement process to use an approach similar to the CPN procedure, the procurement is being undertaken under the LTR and the Contracting Authorities have created a process to be followed as outlined in the ITT.
