Description
WCC Housing Needs Supported Accommodation Pathway for Complex Singles Westminster City Council (WCC) is undertaking market engagement and invites interested parties to complete a Market Sounding Questionnaire. The purpose of this exercise is to gather feedback from the market regarding the potential commissioning of Supported Accommodation services for individuals with complex needs. This Market Sounding Questionnaire is not a call for tenders or a pre-qualification exercise. The purpose of the market sounding questionnaire is to gain insight into the market to understand the level of interest and capacity of the market in respect of delivery of the support services which would include covering 236 beds and providing support whether via a landlord acting in both capacities or a support provider with arrangements in place with a landlord of suitable accommodation. The Supported Accommodation Pathway for Complex Singles offers housing and support to rough sleepers and other single Service Users experiencing homelessness, particularly those facing multiple disadvantages and a history of entrenched or repeat homelessness.
