Description
This notice is in relation to modification of an existing Contract pursuant to regulation 72(1)(b) and 72(1)(e) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, and is published for transparency purposes. The original contract was awarded under Crown Commercial Services Management Consultancy 2 Framework (RM 6008) Lot 1. The contract is for a multi-disciplinary partner to work with the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government to support the delivery of the UK's Freeports Programme. The supplier provides challenge and strategic advice to improve the quality and delivery of Freeports plans and proposals. This support encompasses four functions: 1. Strategic advice. 2. Shared products and learning. 3. Programme support and advice. 4. Troubleshooting draw-down service. This modification is for additional support required for Freeports through to March 2026, including technical assistance for the Scottish Green Freeports and Welsh Freeports, and continued programme management support/advice, in particular to support site financing and unlocking complex tax sites across the Freeport Programme.
