Hartlepool Borough Council is seeking submissions from suitably experienced organisations or individuals to provide a Support Service for people who are d/Deaf, hard of hearing or have hearing loss in Hartlepool.\r \r The NEPO E-Procurement Portal is being used for this Tender.
