2. CHALLENGE 2.1. The current contractual arrangements are due to expire at the end of August 2024 and therefore appropriate compliant arrangements need to be in place to meet the Trust's requirements, including specialist roles. 2.2. National supply and temporary staff capacity and the availability of suitable candidates within the market remain a significant challenge within the education sector. 2.3. Keeping Children Safe in Education is critical to the Trust and therefore all suppliers must provide a consistent approach to regulatory compliance and safeguarding practice. 2.4. Large geographical spread of schools. 2. OBJECTIVE 2.1 This FC sets out the requirements of this procurement and provides information on how the tender process will be managed.
