(EP0035) Repair the flat roofs Waterproofing membranes at the north and south elevations, Episkopi, Cyprus & JRD Upgrades in line with the Defence Catering Strategy, Episkopi, Cyprus * Please provide a detailed description of the notice you are adding: Refurbishment of Junior Ranks Mess (EP0035) to uplift design and enhance user attractiveness. The following tasks are included: - Suspended ceiling to be replaced. - Replacement and reposition of movable and immovable furniture as well as addition of new ones (tills, etc.) - Re-cladding of existing station and drinks area. Existing clad to be removed. - Preparation and repainting of external and internal walls and ceiling surfaces as shown on the plans. - Local repair of cracks and damaged plaster, including cleaning, filling, and reinstatement. - Minor internal modifications including construction or removal of non-load-bearing parti-tions and repair of skirting boards, door frames and finishes.
