Central Region - East Brief Scope of Works: - Replacement of the main roof covering, itemised extension of gable end to accommodate future EWI - Itemised replacement of roof covering to porch/store, additional store and garage (including garage link) and replace fascias, soffits, rainwater goods and extension of gable ends where required - Removal of chimneys - Removal of finlock gutters to main roof line. Replace with fascias, soffits and rainwater goods - Itemised replacement of roof lights to porches (7no.) - Itemised replacement of cladding to porches (PVCu) - Itemised removal of hanging tiles and replace with Hardieplank - Renew all existing external lights - Windows & doors replacement - METSEC to rear ground floor window at Archetype 2 - Store-doors to be replaced with PVCu - Garages - itemised replacement (4no.) of garage 'up & over' doors and frames and garage windows - Dedicated On Site Liaison Officer Amey have been tasked by the Defence Infrastructure Organisation through the Future Defence Infrastructure Service to deliver the Regional Accommodation Maintenance Service for the Central and North Regions.
