Description
Abertay University is looking to procure a comprehensive technological solution designed to enhance the way we capture and respond to the student voice. The chosen platform must empower students to actively participate in their academic experience by providing a streamlined and accessible means of communication with their programme teams. Specifically, the tool must allow students to raise concerns, contribute to ongoing peer-to-peer discussions, and submit feedback in a manner that suits their individual schedules. Flexibility, ease of use, and accessibility are key priorities. The solution should facilitate both real-time and asynchronous communication, allowing students to engage meaningfully with staff and peers in a variety of academic and support settings. Ultimately, the goal is to create a more transparent, collaborative, and student-centred environment that supports continuous improvement and enhances the overall student experience.
