Description
The London Violence Reduction Unit (VRU) is commissioning a Strengthening Father Pilot Lot 1 and Lot 2 The VRU hopes that the bespoke strengthening Father's pilots (Lot1&Lot2) will enhance the work already delivered under the Families framework and encompass the support and outcomes required to ensure that Fathers are able to build strengthened healthy relationships and Co-parenting methods. Which in turn supports better outcomes for their children in relation to attachment and role modelling. Core capabilities of the Providers for each Lot: • Experience, and expertise in working alongside Fathers of all ages in particular young Fathers ( 16-25) and supporting healthy relationships. • Knowledge of the impact of CYP who do not have existing healthy relationships with their Father or Male caregiver. • Capacity to build and deliver a bespoke wrap-around service. • Experience working alongside statutory services such as Probation and social services to support referral pathways for young fathers (16-25) • Experience working with partners to support specialist services such as ACE ( Adverse childhood trauma ) professionals which enhance the impact of the programm…
