Description
Appointment of a provider of a dog kennelling establishment to operate as an acceptance point to receive stray dogs from members of the public/Dog Warden, that have been picked up within the boundaries of Blackpool Council. The service will include call handling requirements during opening hours, kennelling and the re-homing of stray dogs.
