Description
Leeds City Council is seeking a Consultant to deliver a retail assessment of an area with the South Bank. Please note that the specific site is confidential, therefore suppliers are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before the full details of the site are released. Please sign and return the NDA by 3pm on Thursday 17th April in order to be given access to the full details of the site.
