Description
Project Overview: CoL require surveying firms to be invited to submit a quotation for a stock condition survey For the City of London HRA properties to take place early in 2025. The surveys will entail assessing properties, communal internal areas of blocks and external areas of our estates and blocks. The purpose of the survey is to: - To provide accurate and statistically reliable information concerning HHSRS as well as to identify any damp and mould within properties. - The stock condition survey is to include an assessment of the properties against the decent homes standard together with assessment of the key/other building components, modern facilities and thermal comfort. - To collect, validate and report upon attribute and condition information about the stock including communal and external areas for the purpose of improving existing records and future maintenance planning. - To assess the condition of outbuildings such as shed, bin areas and plant rooms. - To provide information to inform our stock valuation, asset management strategy and the HRA business plan. - Provide the data in a format to be imported into the Corporation's Keystone asset management softw…
