For professional architectural services of a Lead Consultant and subconsultant team to deliver a new cycle store and a recycling store at Shrewsbury Flax Mill Maltings. Services comprise design coordination, Principal Designer services, submitting statutory consents, performance specification, Contract Administration and maintenance plan. An M&E subconsultant will also provide a performance specification for lighting, small power, CCTV and access control.
