Description
London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust (herein referred to as 'the Authority') seeks suitably qualified suppliers to tender for a Facilities Management Services provision. The Authority is looking to appoint a single Preferred Supplier to manage all aspects of the Service. As such, a Lotting Strategy is deemed inappropriate as it risks creation of unnecessary fragmentation and complexity. Accordingly, the service will be offered as a single contract awarded to a single Preferred Supplier. The aggregate value of the contract (including extensions) as advertised in the Contracts Finder and Find a Tender Service (FTS) is £346,146,770 British Pound Sterling. The contract to be entered into by the Authority and the Preferred Supplier for the procurement will be based on the NHS Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services. The contract term is from 01st October 2025 - 30th September 2032, with the option to extend for a maximum of 36 months.
