Description
Refurbishment of Sheffield Town Hall on behalf of Sheffield City Council (SCC). SCC are looking to appoint a design team to deliver RIBA stage 2 – 7 inclusive services as follows:- • Lead Designer / Architect (including Conservation Architect and Acoustic Engineer); • Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineer; • Structural and Civil Engineer; • Fire Engineer; and • Design Manager.
