Description
This procurement is conducted in accordance with The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (“PSR 2023”). This is a PSR opportunity. Gloucestershire County Council (‘the Council’), recognizing the importance of safe, consensual, and healthy sexual activity and the impact that poor sexual health can have on individuals and communities, wishes to procure a provider for a Sexual Health & Wellbeing Outreach Service for the provision of primary prevention. The service will be delivered to targeted population groups most vulnerable to poor sexual health outcomes and include the provision of education and support to enable individuals to protect themselves against poor sexual health; understand more about healthy relationships; and feel assured in their choices and rights in relation to sex
