Description
LIGHT TOUCH REGIME "The Council is conducting this procurement using Public Contract Regulations 2015; however, the Council will exercise its right to deviate from the formalities of the procedure given the flexibilities permitted by Regulation 76 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) in the conduct of procurements for "light regime" services." The services are LTR services, and the Council will be taking advantage of the flexibility available under LTR. This is a single provider framework agreement. The services described in this section reflect the requirements to provide the core support offer to victims of domestic abuse in Gloucestershire aged 16 and older across a continuum of need from early intervention and prevention through to provision of Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVAs) for victims at high risk.
