UKHSA is currently undertaking a workforce transformation to support the new strategic direction of the org post COVID-19. This transformation focuses on the enhancement of organisational capabilities to be agile/adaptive to respond to new emerging health threats across the UK alongside right sizing back-office functions to drive efficiency. As a strategic professional services advisor Gartner will support this workforce transformation by strengthening the people function as they move from transactional to strategic, building essential skills/competencies across the org and creating a new cultural identity built on high performance. Gartner provide strategic partnership with executive-level advisory, cross-enterprise alignment, and board-ready insights which will help accelerate the workforce transformation ongoing at UKHSA.
