The IPEC team at Connected Places Catapult is looking for a company to conduct market research around perceptions of procurement-powered innovation. This work will build on sentiment analysis already caried out and is intended to help develop intelligence of the wider public procurement landscape and to support the Innovation Procurement Empowerment Centre in establishing and scaling suitable support to encourage the uptake and implementation of innovation-friendly procurement approaches and directing advocacy and policy development activities of IPEC. The key aim of the study is to investigate knowledge, understanding and perceptions of the public sector in relation to procurement powered innovation. This will include engaging people in both existing CPC audiences and crucially beyond (focusing on procurement professionals) to test awareness of: 1.
