Description
This contract is an extension to the current Senior Technical Architect contract, which expires 31st July 2026. As this contract will now exceed 25k GBP, a POR and RFA are required. This extension will be procured as a new appointment (direct award to Hays through CCS) to cover the full period from August to September via the Non Clinical Staffing Framework (CCS), Lot 3: IT Professionals to ensure compliance. New requirements have arisen from the MHCS Next Data Migration Strategy (only concluded in March 2026), the delivery of which rests on the procurement of the Senior Technical Architect who will be responsible for leading on workshops focused specifically on the following outputs: Cohort mapping The MHCS Next Data Migration Strategy developed in March 2026 determined that it will not be possible to transition services to the new EPR in a ‘big bang’ approach but there will instead require a phased approach of groups or ‘cohorts’ of services.
