Description
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention-to-award notice under the Most Suitable Provider process. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the Procurement Act 2023 / PCR 2015 do not apply. Publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period (beginning the day after publication). This notice follows on from the following notice 2025/S 000-078856 published 2nd December 2025. SEL ICB now intends to award the Bexley Health & Wellbeing Coaching with Social Prescribing Service to Bexley Voluntary Service Council with an estimated contract value of £1,179,239. No conflicts of interest were raised as part of this process. The dates between which the services are intended to be provided: 2nd February 2026 - 1st February 2029.
