Description
The Trust originally entered into a Master Developer Framework Agreement with KC (SPH) Limited Partnership ("KCSPH") and King's Cross Central LP ("KCCLP") following the conclusion of a regulated procurement exercised commenced on 5 July 2018 in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (Contract Notice ref: 2018/S 127-288786) (the "Underlying Contract"). After having entered into the Underlying Contract, KCCLP has subsequently changed its name to the King's Cross Group LP ("KCGLP") This CAN gives notice that the Trust is terminating the Underlying Contract. It is instead effecting a sale of most of the land which is currently the subject of the Underlying Contract to KCSPH ("Disposal") under a new contract (the "New Contract") KCSPH and KCGLP will accordingly no longer be subject to the development obligations set out in the Underlying Contract. Instead, the Trust will retain part of the originally-identified site (a stand-alone building and its curtilage known as "South Wing") and will carry out its own refurbishment of it.
