Description
20260210 - Preliminary Market Engagement – CSI Cabin The Situational Awareness Command and Control (SACC) Team, part of the UK Ministry of Defence (“the Authority”), intends to undertake preliminary market engagement ahead of a planned competitive tender. The anticipated procurement will cover the support, maintenance, and assurance of the Control and Reporting Centre (CRC) Systems Interface (CSI) Remote Cabin. The Authority seeks to understand market capability and capacity to deliver this requirement, refine the procurement strategy, and ensure an effective competition. This notice is issued in accordance with Section 16(1)(d) of the Procurement Act 2023 to identify suppliers who may be able to meet the forthcoming requirement and to gauge interest in participating in early market engagement activities. This is not a call for competition, and no contract will be awarded as a result of this notice. The prospective contract is expected to cover a period of 5 years with 2 one-year options and has an estimated total contract value of approximately between £80,000 - £120,000 (ex VAT) including options.
