Description
Specifications to supply and install play equipment. Quotations shall be submitted either by email with 'Play Equipment Quote' in the subject line, or in writing in a sealed envelope, clearly marked 'Play Equipment Quote', by noon on 8.4.2024. Emailed quotes and those received by post will be opened at the same time on the prescribed date by the Clerk in the presence of at least one member of the council. Installation works should commence in June 2024. Start date to be agreed. All equipment must comply with RoSPA (or equivalent) requirements. The Seller to provide the Buyer with: • full legal name of the company supplying equipment • full T&Cs that the companies propose • full written version of the warranty to be provided • quotation validity time • full breakdown of cost for each item, not just a total • does the contractor have a Quality System/member of an association? • expected length of time for the works • recommendations from recent clients The Buyer is under no obligation to accept the lowest or any quotation.
