Description
The Restoration and Renewal Delivery Authority Limited (the Delivery Authority) is responsible for planning and carrying out the extensive and necessary work to refurbish the Palace of Westminster. The Palace of Westminster is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and one of the most recognisable buildings in the world. The Delivery Authority has been established for the purpose of restoring and renewing this Grade 1 listed building to preserve it for future generations. This work forms the Palace of Westminster Restoration and Renewal Programme (R&R Programme), a unique opportunity for suppliers to contribute towards restoring part of the Westminster World Heritage Site and home of UK Parliament. The Delivery Authority is planning to conduct a procurement process to appoint three strategic partners to support the R&R Programme across three Lots: 1. A Design Services Partner to undertake design services. 2. An Integration Partner to oversee, manage and integrate the R&R Programme. 3. A Construction Partner to support the development and completion of the design, procure and manage the supply chain and undertake and manage the works.
