Description
Appointment of a Clerk of Works to undertake site supervision services on the construction contract for the refurbishment of 12 properties in Whalsay, Shetland. The construction works are for the full internal and external refurbishment of the properties over an 18 month period commencing April 2025. Shetland Islands Council are seeking the services of a Clerk of Works to undertake a monitoring role, overseeing and inspecting the construction work to ensure it is being carried out in accordance to the specified standards, contractual requirements, designs and plans.
