Full refurbishment internal and external of the public toilets. Full refurbishment of the internal area to include new sanitary wear, moving internal walls / doors and repaint. Strip out and relay electrics and plumbing. Supply of scaffolding and skips to enable works. A new faux gable end hardwood double doors and complete repaint of the external.
