Prior Information notice regarding refurbishment and repair project at the Skills Centre, Cornwall College St Austell.Elements of this project to include: • Refurbishment of existing engineering workshop (painting/decorating, new flooring, fire stopping, changes to electrical supplies)• Creation of a virtual welding classroom within the existing main engineering workshop to building regulations• Refurbishment of existing classroom (painting/decorating, new vinyl flooring, updating electrics, upgrade lighting to LED)"Proposed tender documents will be released early in August 2024
