Description
Our current Recruitment Applicant Tracking System contract expires end of March 2024. We now wish to procure a new Recruitment Applicant Tracking System contract that continues to provide an effective recruitment service for The Group. The key requirements of the Contract are as follows: • Development of an applicant tracking system (ATS) to attract and track candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process. • Development of an Onboarding site that engages new candidates prior to their first day of employment. • Development of an internal talent pool system • Fully managed recruitment services which provides support to enhance recruitment campaigns, manage candidate experience and provide feedback • An ATS that supports blind CV's • Experience of supporting recruitment within the Not for Profit & Charity sector • Ability to report E&D data • Development of close working relationships • Dedicated account management • Establish an effective Service Level Agreement with appropriate performance measures • Regular feedback, updates and reporting The Pioneer Group is also looking to secure maximum added value from the Contract.
