Description
WRAP is seeking proposals from a highly experienced international expert to provide strategic technical advice and quality assurance for the Plastic Reboot programme's global Policy and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) workstream. Plastic Reboot is a global initiative supported by the Global Environment Facility (GEF), co-led by UNEP and WWF, and implemented in partnership with UNDP and UNIDO. The programme supports governments across Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean to accelerate circular economy solutions and policy interventions that address plastic pollution. Under contract to UNEP, WRAP leads the global Policy and EPR workstream, developing practical guidance, facilitating technical exchange and supporting countries to strengthen enabling policy frameworks. The successful consultant will provide strategic technical advice to strengthen the quality, relevance and practical applicability of key programme outputs.
