Description
Key resources provided by the Supplier shall engage proactively with key stakeholders including the Buyer's internal teams, community healthcare partners, existing suppliers, NHS England (NHSE), and the West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB). All engagement must align with the established EPR governance framework to ensure consistency, transparency, and accountability across programme delivery. The Supplier is expected to foster collaborative working relationships and maintain open lines of communication to support effective decision-making and stakeholder alignment. In addition, the Supplier shall provide early warning of any emerging risks, issues, or delivery concerns to enable timely intervention and avoid delays. Ownership of deliverables must be maintained through a structured programme management approach, incorporating robust controls such as risk registers, issue logs, and decision records. These mechanisms will support clear accountability, traceability, and assurance throughout the lifecycle of the EPR programme.
