LondonEnergy Ltd ("LEL") is seeking to appoint a suitable qualified and experienced Occupational Health ("OH") provider to deliver a comprehensive, responsive and proactive Occupational Health Service to support the health, wellbeing and attendance management of our 350+ workforce. The appointed provider will work in partnership with LEL to deliver high-quality occupational health services that support employee wellbeing, promote fitness for work, facilitate effective case management and assist the organisation in meeting its legal and statutory obligations under relevant health and safety and employment legislation. LEL employs a diverse workforce operating across office-based, operational and engineering environments, with employees undertaking a range of safety-critical and physically demanding roles. As such, the Occupational Health Service must be capable of providing timely, pragmatic and evidence-based advice to managers, employees and the Human Resources team.
