Description
An energy efficiency retrofit of three core Council buildings; The Baths Hall, Scunthorpe Central Library and Waters Edge Visitor Centre. The work will include replacement lighting, fabric upgrades and replacement low carbon heating systems i.e. ground source and/or air source.
