Description
North Lincolnshire Council operates a town centre CCTV network which supports community safety, crime prevention, public reassurance and partnership working with Humberside Police and other agencies. The Council has maintenance and support arrangements in place for its town centre CCTV network to ensure the infrastructure remains operational and effective in supporting public protection objectives. As part of a recommissioning exercise, these arrangements are being reviewed to ensure future service delivery continues to meet operational requirements, respond to technological developments and deliver value for money. Through this market engagement activity, the Council wishes to better understand market capability, available technologies, service models, performance measures and opportunities for innovation that may influence the future commissioning and procurement.
