***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the GCA RM6126 Research & Insights DPS Brief Description of Requirement This research will examine compliance with, and enforcement of, minimum energy efficiency standards (MEES) in the private rented sector (PRS) across local authorities in England and Wales. It will identify current enforcement activity, key barriers and enablers, and the types of support that could help improve consistency, confidence and effectiveness in local authority practice
