Description
The contract is for technical support services related to the procurement of new rolling stock. This support will include, but is not limited to: - Provision of resources to manage a market engagement exercise with the rolling stock manufacturer market. - Assistance in developing ITN documentation, including Train Technical Specifications (TTS), technical question sets, technical delivery requirements, and aiding ScotRail strategy development in relation to Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, and GDPR. - Assistance with the development of the evaluation strategy for the technical elements of the ITN. - Provision of technical resources to assist in the evaluation of applicant/bidder PQQ and ITN responses. - Provision of technical resources to support the management and response to applicant/bidder technical queries and clarifications throughout the procurement process.
