Description
The Borough Council of Calderdale is intending to award a contract an existing provider following direct award process C. LOCALA will deliver the requirements of the Healthy Child Programme to 5-19 and up to 25 for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities including mandated delivery of the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP.) The lifetime value of the contract is £3,356,753.75. The service is intended to be provided from the 17th July 2025 for five years to 16th July 2030. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The first working day after the publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight 9 July 2025.
