Our organisation is committed to ensuring the highest standards of safety, preparedness, and operational resilience. We are looking for a provider who can deliver engaging, scenario-based training that empowers our staff to respond effectively to a wide range of incidents, including: Service disruptions: Passenger safety incidents Security threats Emergency evacuations Coordination with emergency services Key Deliverables: Customised training content relevant to subway operations Practical, scenario-based exercises and simulations Emphasis on communication, leadership, and decision-making under pressure Delivery options: on-site Post-training evaluation and certification Target Audience: Station and depot staff Control room operators Security and safety personnel Supervisors and incident response leads
