Description
City of Glasgow College intends to procure a Framework Agreement for the provision of STCW-compliant Tanker Training Services delivered by MCA-approved providers. The Framework will cover Basic and Advanced Tanker Cargo Operations training and will primarily support operational resilience and business continuity. Demand is expected to be ad hoc and no minimum volume of business is guaranteed.
