Description
Provision of consultancy services to undertake an Estate Strategy Refresh and Commercial Review Update for Swansea Bay University Health Board. The commission will update the Health Board's existing Estate Strategy, review current and future estate requirements, support the Transforming for the Future Programme, identify estate optimisation opportunities and inform future capital investment and estate planning decisions. The contract is awarded through a direct call-off under the NHS SBS Consultancy and Advisory Services for Health Framework Agreement (SBS10197).
