Description
The Department of Work & Pensions (hereinafter referred to as “the Authority” and “DWP”) requires a single Supplier to deliver the Provision of Asbestos Management Services (excluding removal services). The Authority is intending to carry out a compliant and competitive procurement exercise in May 2024 to select a Supplier that best meets the need of the Authority and to achieve Best Value. The Authority is inviting Suppliers to register their interest in this future tender opportunity via this Prior Information Notice (PIN) in accordance with regulation 48 of the Public Contract Regulations. This is a PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE. Should you wish to take part in soft market testing questions relating to this Prior Information Notice please contact the Commercial Lead - Charlotte.Reid1@DWP.gov.uk to request a copy of the questions to complete. Please note it is not mandatory to complete the soft market testing questions.
