The details included in this notice remain subject to change as GPA further develops the procurement strategy. The Government Property Agency (GPA) will be going to market for the procurement of Facilities Management/ Workplace Services across our estate. The recently commenced Project Gabriel is tasked with identifying, recommending and mobilising a future FM delivery model. Current Context: The current GPA contracts are delivered under the Workplace Services Transformation Programme (WSTP) and valued at approximately £500 million. The WSTP replaced GPA's inherited and tactical service contracts with a set of regionally disaggregated contacts, managed and integrated by the GPA with the support of a strategic delivery partner.
