Description
Supplier to provide comprehensive Production management services for the North End Road (NER) Seasonal Traffic Free Festivals. Professional On‑Site Event Operations: Provision of an experienced on‑site production crew responsible for rigging, maintaining, and de‑rigging event infrastructure, including stages, power equipment, lighting, backline and sound systems. Stage & Infrastructure Delivery: Supply, installation, management, and removal of the Main Stage and 2 (two) Busking Stages, along with associated seasonal décor, festoon lighting, barriers, and street furniture. Power & Sound Provision: Management of all event power and audio requirements, ensuring safe installation and compliance with agreed sound levels and operational standards. Provide mixing equipment to host a street party in one of the busking stages featuring local DJs. Street Furniture & Public Realm Setup: Delivery and removal of picnic benches, individual benches, and any other furniture required to support the festival environment and visitor experience.
