Prior Information Notice (PIN) - Orbit Group New Build Scheme Construction Works – 190 New Homes, St Annes Quarter, Norwich Location: St Annes Quarter, King Street, Norwich, NR1 1QE, United Kingdom The Contracting Authority intends to complete the final three phases of the existing Orbit scheme at St Annes Quarter in Norwich. This project involves the construction of 190 new homes, comprising 181 apartments and 9 townhouses.
